Yes - we do not have any retail outlets...all our business is done online. This allows us to better control our costs and pass the savings on to our clients. As such we are not your traditional bridal boutique where you can try on gowns...instead we offer an incredible selection of exceptional quality gowns at very affordable prices. We pride ourselves in delivering superb service, outstanding quality and selection to our customers. We've had tremendous response to our on-line business model and our customers have repeatedly told us that they were absolutely delighted with their purchase and that the actual gowns looked even better than they did in the photograph.
Why would I buy a wedding gown online?
It's easy to sit in the comfort of your home and browse through our large selection of beautiful gowns. These are all new garments and if you don't see a gown you like don't hesitate to send us a picture of what you'd like made for a price quote. Furthermore we deliver your gown directly to you typically within 8 weeks after we confirm your order. You don't have to drive hundreds of miles searching for the right dress only to have to wait for several months in many cases for your gown to be delivered to a bridal shop.
I've never ordered online before. What's involved?
The process is similar to mail ordering by catalog. Once you've made your choices simply email us and we'll send you a personalized order form via email confirming size, color, details etc.
Is it safe to order online?
Yes! We use highly secure SSL technology to keep your information safe. Plus we host our own website and server and do not rely on other companies to do it for us. We never release any info or details to any third party, EVER!
How long does it take to make my dress?
These are all new garments. Production on your gown begins after we confirm your order, the gown is shipped to you within 8 weeks.
Do you have a shop where I can try on a gown?
No, sorry we don't. This is one of the reasons that we are able to keep our prices so reasonable. Our shop is through our website exclusively.
Can I purchase a gown over the telephone?
No - All dresses must be ordered directly from our website.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we do not accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. In addition, our vendors are unable to cancel or make any changes or modifications to any order once it has been placed. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order.
We process orders immediately and for this reason, orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order.
We pride ourselves in delivering high quality products and excellent customer service. However, occasionally there might be a manufacturer’s defect in a dress or it might be damaged during shipping, if this is the situation your gown will be replaced. The replacement gown will be made exactly to your original specifications. No modifications will be made to the merchandise.
If there is a problem with your gown you must contact us within 48 hrs of receiving your gown. We will provide you with a return authorization number if a return is warranted. Your return box must have this return authorization number on the outside or it will not be accepted by us.
All sales are final. This final sale policy is consistent with the industry standard for bridal and special occasion apparel. Each gown is hand made for every client and as such cannot be resold.
Which size should I order?
We offer gowns in standard sizes 2 - 28 listed on our size chart and can also do custom measured gowns free of charge on request. If providing personal measurements please include the following: bust, waist, hips, hollow to hem with shoes.
Do you provide alterations?
No. We recommend you contact a seamstress in your area - these people are highly skilled at doing alterations and will ensure you have the most optimum results.
